To facilitate the orientation of conference delegates, we offer a mobile welcome office service. This is a portable stand manned by Prague City Tourism’s professionally trained information staff. They are ready at all times to provide delegates with practical information on finding their way around the city and the products and services on offer. Moreover, the information staff is always specially trained for the specific conference. We offer the option of preparing welcome packs with information materials for conference delegates, which include a map of the city of Prague or a route with a marked walking tour of Prague tailored to the conference delegates. The official Prague Visitor Pass is available to those foreign visitors who want to spend their free time on their own. In addition to free admission to 75 major tourist attractions, the card offers free use of public transport and the Airport Express bus and includes a number of other benefits, including cultural and sporting events and guided tours of Prague. For delegates, we offer visits to historical monuments managed by Prague City Tourism. Visits to the monument always include a tour with a licensed guide. Special thematic tours or combined tours of multiple sites can be prepared based on the client’s requirements. You might even consider renting premises for special private events at the Old Town Hall, the Petřín Lookout Tower, the Powder Gate Tower, the Lesser Town Bridge Tower, the Old Town Bridge Tower or the New Mill Water Tower. We have been providing guided tours of Prague since 1958 and are one of the longest-established organisations providing guided tours. As the official destination management organisation of the City of Prague, we train and license professional guides.
