Our objective as a joint-stock company is to burden the capital city’s budget as little as possible. Hence, we are not only good stewards, but also systematically develop new products and services that aim not only to improve the convenience of inbound tourists, but also to increase the company’s revenue. We have succeeded, and in 2023 we were actually a net payer in relation to the capital’s budget – meaning we paid more to the city from the management of Prague’s towers than the city paid us for public activities. Our key commercial projects include the official Prague Visitor Pass, which is the leader in its category on the Czech market. Another successful and popular project is the vintage tram No. 42, which we operate in cooperation with the Prague Public Transport Company. We also organise private tours with guides who have the highest level of expertise and superior customer service. That is why we were the first destination management organisation to introduce a concierge service for VIP clients, creating an exclusive experience for the high-end clientele of mainly five-star hotels. We also provide services for foreign delegations, be it a welcome office, information service or leisure program. Commercial projects include the operation of the Clementinum tour. We do not manage the Clementinum for the city as we do Prague’s towers, but instead we operate it commercially for the National Library of the Czech Republic as a contractor. Sophisticated souvenirs are also commercially successful; they not only cultivate public space in Prague but also support Prague’s artists through marketing and business. prague visitor pass vintage tram No. 42 sophisticated souvenirs guide services concierge service and exclusive experiences service for foreign delegations
