Prague City Tourism is the official certified destination management organisation of the City of Prague, of which it is a 100% joint-stock subsidiary. The company’s activities are defined by two main contracts with its shareholder, the City of Prague: a contract on the performance of public benefit activities and a contract for the usufructuary lease of the Old Town Hall Tower, the Petřín Tower, the Mirror Maze, the Old Town Bridge Tower, the Powder Gate Tower, the Lesser Town Bridge Tower, the St. Nicholas and the New Mill Water Tower.
